Said to be the final boss of Ohio and responsible for the Great Cocomelon Cataclysm of '21. He speaks fluent Rizz and exclusively consumes Friutsnacks blessed by MrBeast.

etymology:
Derived from the ancient Sumerian word 'Pak' meaning 'supreme dom', and 'God' because...well, DUH! Also maybe something to do with packing heat. Or packing L's. Who knows anymore? My brain is melting from too much Generation Alpha.
